I used AI as a reference to create a dress of youth. Of those carefree, youthful days of fun.
I am grateful I had a wonderful childhood that was fun and safe.
The first time I was allowed to wear heels, I think I was about 15 or 16.
The red leotards feel like a staple from my childhood! LOL....My Mom, now 80 told me red leotards were always worn at Christmas and Valentine's, but of course I just wore them till they wore out for the next pair.
The purple hue to her hair is symbolic of the days of putting Henna in our hair, that temporary eggplant color that we talked our parents into letting us do because it would wash out! LOL
