Description
Another animal to make it to the ''Uglies'' I see them as cute animals.
Baby Aye-Aye. There are only 1,000 to 10,000 of these nocturnal creatures left in the world.
Aye-Aye are from a small island off of Africa's southeastern coast. They are from the lemur family. Aye-ayes are adapted for hunting uniquely. With their finger they tap the branches of trees and listen for the sound of larvae or moving insects. If they hear something, they make a hole using their sharp teeth and scoop out the prey with their middle digit.
The water mark will not appear on purchased art. Thank you for visiting.
