Creating and meditating at its best for me. Focusing on positive thoughts. Ridding the negative through practice. Finding thoughts that feel good. Gaining clarity. Manifesting desires. We are all capable of attracting what we want through practice. If we believe the glass is 1/2 empty, it is. If we change that thought of ''lack'' to 1/2 full and believe it...there is the aha moment. If I find the feeling first...I want abundance..well what does that feel like...find the good feeling thought first then practice feeling good all the time. Even if life throws a curveball, it may set us back a little, but we can get back on track faster and not let the bad overcome the good when we maintain positivity in everything.
